Law enforcement officers disrupted a worship service of Jehovah's Witnesses in the Moscow region
Moscow RegionOn the evening of November 29, 2016, in the town of Ozyory, Moscow Region, about 10 police and FSB officers, as well as witnesses, entered the building where the worship service of Jehovah's Witnesses began with the participation of about 100 people.
Within 2 hours, an inspection was carried out, in fact, a search, of the premises, and explanations were taken from several dozen of those present under the protocol. Religious texts and instructions for the maintenance of the building were seized from believers. Law enforcement officers behaved correctly, as a result of the invasion, nothing illegal was found, but the service was disrupted.
