His mother worked on the railway as a station attendant and deputy head, and was also a commercial inspector and insurance inspector. Now the woman is retired. From an early age, she instilled in her son love for people and helped him become an open and purposeful person. Vladimir had an elder brother who is no longer alive.
Since childhood, the boy showed interest in creativity - he attended a dance club and was fond of music. Later he fell in love with poetry and now writes poetry himself that inspires others to compose music.
By profession, Vladimir is a teacher of history, social studies and the German language. He received his education at the Kurgan Pedagogical Institute. He was exempted from military service for health reasons.
In 1993, Vladimir first became interested in the Bible. He reflected on the meaning of life, wondered why there is so much pain and injustice in the world. The young man found the answers in the Holy Scriptures — he learned that God has a name, Jehovah, that there will be a paradise on earth, and people will live in it forever. This prompted him to make the decision to follow Bible principles, and in 1994 he became one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Now Vladimir lives in Kurgan, where he moved to take care of his elderly mother. She, like Vladimir, has a disability.
After the search, detention and interrogations, Vladimir experienced severe stress. Health problems worsened: the man's eyesight deteriorated even more, blood pressure increased, and panic attacks appeared. He required treatment. All this also affected the emotional state of the believer.
Gaydyshev's neighbors are perplexed why a criminal case has been opened against a peaceful person under the article on extremism. Vladimir's mother is outraged by the unjustified persecution.
